Refund Policy

It is important to note that jewellery items, including earrings, cannot be returned or exchanged due to sanitary reasons, unless there is a quality issue. We highly recommend that customers make their purchase choices carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, we provide guarantees with all our goods that cannot be excluded. In the event that the goods fail to meet acceptable quality standards, please email us on within 2 business days from the receipt of your order. We will then investigate this matter and will reply to you within 30 calendar days (45 during busy period). We kindly request that you provide 2-3 clear images of the product, your order confirmation (number and payment), and a detailed description of the issue.

Our Return Policy explicitly excludes coverage for any defect that is caused, or in part caused, by any of the following:

  • Loss of the product(s) 
  • Chain breakage, except when it is caused by improper workmanship or materials
  • Reasonable wear and tear of the product(s), such as tarnishing and fading of plated jewelry
  • Accidents, negligence, or omissions on the part of you or any third party not engaged by us, including any third-party repairers of your products
  • Failure to comply with instructions provided by us concerning the use of your product(s)
  • Use of your product(s) other than for the purposes specified by us 
  • Continued use of your product(s) when such use is not reasonable after a defect becomes apparent or would have become apparent to a reasonable person
  • Failure by you to notify us of any defect in your product(s) within 2 business days after becoming aware of or should have become aware of the relevant defect
  • Acts of God or force majeure events, such as war, riot, invasion, act of terrorism, contamination, earthquake, flood, fire, or any other natural disaster or event beyond our or the manufacturer’s reasonable control.

If any of above terms relating to return of faulty item are not adhered, we reserve the right to deny replacement or exchange. 

Apollon is not at fault if items appear differently on your screen, depending on resolution, scale, colour etc.

When you make a purchase of Apollon jewellery, it will be delivered to you in a signature pouch. At the time of checkout, you will be offered a premium gift-wrapping add-on for an extra fee. Gift wrapping might be unavailable during busy periods.
