- It is important to note that jewellery items, including earrings, cannot be returned or exchanged due to sanitary reasons, unless there is a quality issue. In the event that the items fail to meet acceptable quality standards, please email us on info@apollonjwlry.com within 2 business days from the receipt of your order. We will then investigate this matter and will reply to you within 30 calendar days (45 during busy period).ยท We kindly request that you provide 2-3 clear images of the product, your order confirmation (number and payment), and a detailed description of the issue.
